LQA appoints The PC Agency
The PC Agency has been selected to represent luxury hospitality assessment and training company LQA. For over 20 years, LQA has been the trusted partner to the hospitality industry’s most respected hotels and resorts, carrying out over 2,500 ‘mystery shopping’ assessments annually to drive the highest standards of service delivery throughout the industry.
Core to LQA’s success is the highly expert group of full-time assessors who, with an average of eight and a half years of service, provide the ultimate gauge of global luxury hospitality. The assessor team is as diverse as it is experienced, they represent 15 different nationalities, speak 11 languages, and are based in all corners of the world.
LQA’s assessments feature over 1,000 individual service ‘standards’. They are compiled in coordination with industry leaders and focus on all hotel departments. With a focus on breaking down the inherently subjective hotel experience into a series of objective, incremental points, they provide a truly comparative Global Benchmarking set. Each hotel receives direct feedback from the assessor at the end of each assessment, followed by a detailed report which provides a clear account of the service experienced.
In addition to the success that LQA have had with their hospitality assessments, they also offer detailed training solutions through their bespoke training and education solution, UpFront. With services ranging from online training solutions to intensive in-person training modules conducted by highly knowledgeable LQA Training Staff, Upfront is a one-of-a-kind training and education platform.
