Andrew Dunn

CHAIRMAN

An energetic travel entrepreneur who founded and built up the tour operator Scott Dunn (where he is still President) before successfully selling some of his stake to focus on new ventures, including The PC Agency.

Andrew has substantial experience of understanding hotels and tourism companies, and what makes consumers book the ultimate holiday.

Paul Charles

FOUNDER & CEO

A renowned commentator on the travel and tourism industry, Paul is perhaps best known for his award-winning work as Sir Richard Branson’s Communications Director at Virgin Atlantic, and for rebuilding the brand at Eurostar while in charge of Communications.

A former BBC news presenter, Paul set-up his own travel consultancy in 2011, wanting to deliver high-impact strategy and media coverage, on and offline, for clients. Paul was named PR Professional of The Year by PR Week; one of “London’s Most Influential” by the Evening Standard; and has been recognised in the PR Week “Power Book” every year since it launched in 2006.

Paul is a Non-Exec Director of bizpay, which enables consumers to pay for flights in instalments, and enables airlines to become more profitable.

Emma Cripwell

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Emma has substantial experience in the premium travel and luxury goods sectors, once working at top wine merchants Berry Bros & Rudd before settling into the travel industry.

Emma set up her own successful company, Angel Publicity, which merged with The PC Agency in 2016 and is a major influence within the whole team.

Emma is highly respected among journalists and influencers for her detailed travel knowledge and ability to spot trends in the sector.

Philip Allport

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

A former Media Relations Manager for British Airways, Philip is an expert on airlines and our larger accounts including tourism boards and cruiselines.

Philip’s career includes working as a photojournalist at the Press Association and in Customer Relations for the historic BA Concorde.

Tilly Gray

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Tilly has worked extensively in the premium travel and lifestyle sector, working with brands including La Mamounia, Aston Martin, BMW, Google and Beaverbrook.

Her expertise includes working with senior teams on their strategic plans, building brands and sales.

Katie O’Lone

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Katie breathes hotel brands and has worked with some outstanding names, including LVMH Cheval Blanc.

Katie works with some of The PC Agency’s leading hotel clients including Lime Wood, Uga Escapes and Le Sirenuse on the Amalfi Coast.

The PC Agency is a member of the Travel Lifestyle Network (TLN) and represents the United Kingdom within its global network of owner-managed marketing and communications agencies serving tourism and lifestyle clients.

Each agency in this international association is a dominant player in their specific region and a recognised specialist in all aspects of tourism communications. Network members collaborate to deliver international know-how to clients seeking local, regional, national or international connections and reach.
