The Brief

High-end villa and apartment rental company The Luxury Travel Book enlisted The PC Agency’s help in improving the visibility and SEO of its website, increasing social media followers and engagement as well as growing its newsletter database.

Our Approach


The PC Agency works in collaboration with founder Susie Marquis to create bi-weekly Journal articles for the TLTB website, editing copy and imagery supplied by Susie to ensure it is SEO-optimised, keyword rich and engaging to readers.

As part of our website management service, The PC Agency works with the TLTB team to create new site pages to help aid business growth. The PC Agency recently created a series of site pages to cover the various experiences and concierge services available to the brand’s guests, prior to arrival and also once arrived in the destination. The PC Agency wrote copy, edited images and uploaded content to the brand’s CMS, and worked with the web development team to ensure it was designed in order to maximise UX.

The PC Agency also provides monthly reports to TLTB, analysing complex data to explain website performance and identifying areas for improvement. We work with an SEO specialist to identify target keywords the site could be ranking for, and plan content tailored to these keywords, in order to help improve the site’s domain score and increase conversions.


We also support TLTB with social media content creation and analytics, writing monthly content calendars to incorporate newly launching villas and destinations, Journal articles and offers from property owners.


We design, draft and distribute two newsletters per month for The Luxury Travel Book and manage the brand’s marketing database. These newsletters focus on a different theme and promote new offerings each month.

The Results

For The Luxury Travel Book social media, we increased followers across all platforms by well over +1000, with our best performing post reaching over 6,700 people.

Online, we increased user numbers by 34% and sessions by 37% in our first year on the account.

Recent newsletters have achieved an average open rate of 45%, well over the industry benchmark of 17%.
