The original PIG in the litter is in Brockenhurst, in the beautiful New Forest National Park. The garden, the forager and the chef drive THE PIG, Brockenhurst, a restaurant with 26 rooms. The principle is simple; they grow and find the food and the chef creates the 25-mile menu.

It is here where THE PIG’s main food focus - ‘From garden to plate” - was born. Whatever is not grown here in their walled garden is locally sourced within a 25 mile radius - immediacy from garden to plate is THE PIG’s trademark.

A beautiful and mellow 29-bedroom country house, set in the Mendip Hills close to both Bath and Bristol. The views take in the hotel’s very own 100-strong deer park. Designed in the same shabby-chic style that has become THE PIG’s signature, it has a comfy greenhouse restaurant and a private dining room. The food, of course, as with all PIG’s, toes the line with the 25-mile menu.

This beautiful 23-bedroom hotel is situated just off one of Dorset’s only sandy beaches, Studland Bay. This is a real get-away location, with perfect, uninterrupted views of the long stretch of coastline. The 25-mile menu here will take on a whole host of different produce and incorporate lots of freshly-caught seafood. Guests will experience all that they have come to know and love about THE PIGs with the bonus of a stellar sea-view.

The PIG–at Combe is in the pretty Otter Valley near Honiton, Devon. The honey-coloured Elizabethan hideaway nestles in 3,500 acres of lush Devonshire countryside just 8 miles from the coast and 15 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter. The hotel has 27 bedrooms across the main house, the stable block and three self-catering Curlditch cottages in the thatched Devon longhouse, a short ten minute walk from the house. THE PIG-at Combe has a wealth of period features, amongst them the original Georgian kitchen with a working range which is now a private dining room, and much original artwork and treasures which remain throughout the house. Additional food offerings are the ‘derelict chic’ Folly and the Garden dining room.

THE PIG-at Combe, which opened on 11th July, launched with 27 bedrooms across the main house and the stable block.  Rooms and suites of course come with the usual Piggy panache thanks to Judy Hutson. The loft of the main house has been transformed into spacious rafter bedrooms and the stable block similarly retains many of its original features. THE PIG-at Combe has a wealth of period features, amongst them the original Georgian kitchen with a working range, along with original artwork and treasures throughout the house. These elements help to create that natural piggy-style which everyone loves, and in addition to the main house there is a 600-year old thatched Devon longhouse which will be piggified for those wanting to escape even further.

The PIG-in the wall is a 12-bedroom, chic B&B set within Southampton’s medieval walls.
