The end of May Bank Holiday weekend descended into chaos for many BA passengers worldwide after a power failure caused major disruption. 75 thousand people were affected, with many sleeping in the terminals without luggage and no clear explanation or answers from British Airways.
The PC Agency was approached by global media for comment and insight into the recent meltdown – with founder Paul Charles, who was formerly Communications Director at Virgin Atlantic and Eurostar, appearing on broadcast and in print and online.
