Monaco is the second smallest country in the world yet one of the most vibrant. With a population of just 33,000 it continues to shine as the place to be seen in Europe.

This iconic country is known for its amazing Palace, its fine hotels including The Metropole and Hotel De Paris, and for the incredible Grand Prix race around its streets in May each year.

Perhaps surprisingly for such a small principality, Monaco is becoming known as a gourmet experience second to none. It has more restaurants per square foot, including Nobu, than any other country in the world.

A key highlight is Thermes Marins, the luxury spa frequented by Formula One racing drivers and top sports stars. Stay for a few days and guests will receive a bespoke programme of diet, massage and even cryotherapy - three minute buzzes in a cold chamber set at a minimum of -60C.
